Great homemade Mexican food!

My family and I have been going to Tierrasanta Mexican (TierraMex, as we call it) for years. The food is authentic with that homemade taste. They don't use lard in their beans (no added fat, actually) and they will accommodate a strict low-fat diet - you have to try the vegetable fajitas - with or without oil. The service is great and friendly - just what you want in a neighborhood restaurant. Seriously, everything I've eaten there is great - from the house made carrots to salsa to guacamole to enchiladas/tacos/burritos and their vegetarian dishes!
